Nikki Novo, a Cuban-American whose obsession for vintage flair began way before it was considered eco-friendly, is the Miami editor for Refinery29 and was formerly a contributing editor for DailyCandy Miami and the associate editor at Miami magazine. In her pre-digital life, she worked in film publicity at both Lionsgate and Fox Searchlight studios in Los Angeles. Today, when she’s not reporting on the city’s greatest hidden gems, Nikki fights some nasty carpal tunnel syndrome by practicing Yoga at Green Monkey or walking her four-pound Yorkie (and desk mate), Foxy. Nikki’s work has appeared in Allure, Ocean Drive magazine, 944 magazine, MSN.com and Miami New Times.
